Prep is included. We wash, scrape, sand, repair, and prime surfaces to ensure a professional, long-lasting finish.

Careful masking, drop cloths, and staging are used to protect plants, walkways, and fixtures. Crews clean daily and respect your property.

Projects vary; smaller jobs may take a day or two, entire houses may take a week or more. Timelines are detailed in your proposal.

Interior has a 1-year guarantee, exterior has a 2-year guarantee. We’ll correct workmanship issues at no cost within that timeframe.

Move furniture or to center with 4’ clearance, remove hanging items, secure pets. Painters won’t move furniture unless arranged.
